Payments that are invoiced to you, after a direct correspondence, are taken through woo commerce in British Pounds Sterling. We will send you an invoice directly through woo commerce. We do not store any of your credit card details
Paying by electronic transfer
To save on credit card fees, I offer the option to pay via e-transfer within England. If you want to send an e-transfer, please contact me to make the arrangement prior to purchase.
Is shipping included?
I am offering free shipping in the UK at this time.
Your original artwork will be shipped flat in a box with packaging to protect it.
Works on paper will ship flat, inside a rigid envelope to ensure undamaged delivery.
I try to recycle my packaging which means that you may receive odd bits of cardboard when you receive your artwork. Please note that this does not in anyway lessen the protection of your piece.
When will I receive my painting?
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. If you are outside of the UK please contact me here and I would be more than happy to give you a quote to send a painting overseas. I choose the carrier that provides the best price for you. If you need a rush delivery please let me know in the email.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs charged to you contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
What about large or high value artworks?
Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will transport and as such may have individual requirements. You will be notified with specific shipping details based on the artwork you are interested in. We will provide you with an estimated shipping charge and will contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is dispatched. According to the delivery service chosen, actual costs may be higher than the estimated cost shown.
What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be happy with your new purchase.
Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to the description of the artwork which includes size, colour and medium used. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between monitors and screen settings. Please request more photos, or email me with any questions prior to purchase if you are not sure about the colours or specifics on a particular piece. Slight inconsistencies between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such variation will not be a valid reason for return.
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your chosen piece so if a painting is not what you expected, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery at your own cost using the same service that it was sent to you. Once the artwork has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Refund is for the cost of the art only and does not include the cost of shipping or payment provider fees.
What if my artwork arrived damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph. Transit is not a predictable thing, however I do take the best steps I can to protect your purchase.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
What about commissioned pieces?
A commissioned piece is done in stages with every stage being approved and with as much transparency as possible therefore a commission piece will not be exchanged or refunded.
